Dog Training for Stressed Out Dogs
If your dog is constantly on edge, finds new environments overwhelming, struggles to relax even at home, and is chronically stressed, give your dog the gift of a calmer, more resilient, and enjoyable life through this ten week online coaching program.
Turn Stress into Serenity, One Week at a Time
When your dog is suffering from constant anxiety, it can make you feel helpless. You want to put them at ease, but you don’t know how.
Anytime you take them somewhere new, even just outside, they’re super anxious.
Even inside, they’re hypervigilant to noises and struggle to relax from the safety of their own home.
Both positive and negative emotions are challenging to regulate for them and they get overaroused or very upset easily.
Usually, dogs that struggle here are also reactive to various triggers on a daily basis.
Your dog may be suffering from chronic stress, which severely impacts the quality of BOTH of your lives.
“Quick Tips” from Social Media haven’t really worked, because tackling chronic stress in dogs requires a multi-faceted approach and a holistic look at your dog’s life.
That’s why we created a 10-week coaching program to go beyond quick tips and empower you to really make a change in you and your dog’s life.
Stop looking for help from Social Media Influencers, and leave overwhelm for opportunity with us as your expert coach and guide.
Many Small Changes, Three Big Transformations:
- Greater peace and quiet at home, with less pacing, hypervigilance, startling, and barking. Both you and your dog will be less stressed in the one place that should be relaxing – your home!
- More options for going outside to more places, where both you and your dog will enjoy the outings, instead of returning back home more stressed or upset
- Ability to engage in more forms of exercise, because as your dog’s world opens up, more options to let them move freely become available
The Program
- 10 Live Weekly Zoom Calls with Rachael Johnston delivering a new aspect of the Canine Stress Solution, and the week’s homework, and time for live Q&A
- Recordings, weekly reading and homework assignments posted on our online learning platform for reference
- Ongoing Support – Upload your video homework for feedback by your instructor, or ask questions along the way
- Supportive Community – Your peers in the cohort will be progressing at the same time, so everyone can learn together from each other’s homework assignments, questions, and support
Program Benefits
- Incredible Savings over Private Lessons – Normally, Rachael would provide this content through many 1-on-1 private lessons at her rate of $165/hour. By working together as a cohort, you’ll get the same content and personalized feedback for a fraction of the cost.
- Learn from Anywhere – Anxious dogs often don’t thrive in new environments, such as our classroom facility, or may even struggle with a new person coming into their home. Online learning is not a compromise, but actually the ideal delivery format.
- Recording Access – If you miss the live call, they’ll be recorded and uploaded to our online learning platform so you can view it at a convenient time
- Trainer Support – Your cohort will interact with Rachael, and each other through your group’s private online forum on our learning platform
- Community Support – During the program, and after, we’ll include access to our Canine Stress Solution general community to get continued support, and be first to learn about opportunities to further develop your dog’s confidence (such as field trips or meetups in-person)
